The EMUI 10 beta registration for the Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus has closed already. The service app upgrade of version EMUI 9.1.0.136 to EMUI 10.0.0.151.
IF you are still waiting for the update, please wait patiently. The stable EMUI 10 update is expected to be in early March.
